Information you give us through this website
None. This website has no online forms, accounts, or appointment booking. To make an appointment, call or text us at 810-714-2020. The patient forms on our Forms page are PDF files that you download, fill out, and bring to your visit. Nothing you type into them is sent to us through the website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs. These may include your device's IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information only to keep the site running and secure, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
